Chapter 683 Patron Saint

When the dementors appeared outside the carriage door, not only the expression on Percy's face froze, but also the expressions of the other prefects in the carriage froze. This was the first time they faced the dementors head-on.

This evil dark creature.

No matter what they thought before, now they only feel a chill rising from their spines and quickly spreading throughout their bodies, making them unable to feel any happy emotions.

"Blake isn't here!"

A voice suddenly sounded in the quiet car.

Albert couldn't help but frown when he saw the Dementor actually taking a big breath at their carriage. He clearly felt that some of his happiness was being sucked away by the Dementor.

Isobel around him seemed to be affected by the dementors, which made Albert's mood worse.

Albert reached out directly to push aside the frozen Percy, raised his wand towards the Dementor who was about to enter the carriage, and repeated: "Sirius Black is not here!"

After seeing that the Dementor was still reaching out towards him, Albert immediately recalled his first date with Isobel, raised his wand and pointed it at the Dementor's face, and whispered the spell he had practiced countless times: "

Call upon the gods to protect you!”

A huge griffin spurted out from the head of Albert's wand, and its huge body directly hit the Dementor's face, knocking the ominous monster out of the carriage.

"Get out of here, didn't you hear me?"

Albert's tone was very cold, like the cold wind blowing in winter, "There is no one you are looking for here, and you are not welcome."

With that said, he stepped out of the carriage and commanded the patron saint to drive away the dementors.

As for the dementors harming other students, that's not his business.

When Albert returned to the carriage, he found that all the prefects in the carriage were staring at him in astonishment.

Watching Albert direct the silver-white griffon to hover over everyone's heads, dissipating the remaining cold air of the dementors, and then turning it into mottled light spots.

"What kind of monster is that!" Shanna hugged her shoulders and couldn't help but shiver.

"Dementors, guards of Azkaban." Albert explained casually, ignoring the complicated gazes of everyone, and walked directly towards Isobel.

Probably because it was the first time she encountered a dementor, Isobel looked very pale.

Percy, who had faced the dementors without any defense just now, had an equally ugly expression on his face. He was being supported by his girlfriend Penelope and sitting in a chair.

No one laughed at Percy, and most of the prefects are still pale.

"What was that just now..."

"Griffin?" Someone muttered softly.

"He's Anderson's patron saint."

Several students who knew the Patronus Charm looked at Albert with awe and admiration in their eyes.

Only a powerful patron saint can drive away the dementors.

"Patronus, what is that?"

The prefects began to whisper and exchange news about the patron saint. They were also interested in the "cool magic" used by Albert.

However, when the prefects learned that the Patronus Charm was a very advanced spell, they all fell silent because it was very difficult to cast a physical Patronus.

He truly is the most talented wizard in the history of Hogwarts.

This is the common thought in everyone's mind.

Albert didn't care what other people thought. He returned to Isobel's side, stretched out his arm around the pale Isobel, and let her lean on his shoulder.

Then, Albert took out another bottle of joy potion from his pocket, bit open the sealing wax, poured some into the milk tea, gave it to Isobel to drink, and unwrapped the chocolate in his pocket and handed it to her.

"Some bad memories." Isobel took a small bite of the chocolate and whispered, "It's really useless. I can obviously know the Patronus Charm."

Albert comforted softly, "Don't worry, you just got caught unprepared."

When the girls saw this scene, they all felt sore in their stomachs and secretly compared Albert with their boyfriends.

Sure enough, nothing can compare.

So, they were sad!

"Are you okay!" Katrina also came over.

In fact, she felt that she might be redundant, but seeing that Isobel, who had always been strong, seemed to be sick, she couldn't help but feel a little worried.

This is the first time Katrina has seen such a weak side of Isobel.

"It's okay, I just don't have enough energy."

"What do those...dementors...want to do?"

"Manhunt for Black?"

"No, the search for Black was just incidental. I don't think they expected to find Black on the train. After all, the dementors had spent half the summer vacation unable to find Black. Entering the train to check, it was more because they were hungry.

, who came to the train to look for food." Albert glanced at Percy, who was pale, and handed Penello the bottle containing the elixir, while pouring him a cup of hot milk tea, and then took a few macarons.

Replenish Percy's energy.

"Others, come over and have some hot drinks, that will make you feel better, and then go out to maintain order. The whole train is probably in chaos now.

Now no one cares about Albert taking charge. They are even glad that someone is taking charge so that everyone will not be too panicked now.

"Then... what should we do with those dementors?" someone asked in a low voice, obviously not wanting to face the dementors anymore.

"Blake also knew that if he wasn't on the train, the group of dementors would soon be full and leave, and they wouldn't stay on the train. Otherwise, someone would probably write a letter to the Ministry of Magic to protest," Albert wrote to the group of superiors.

The elders gave little hints and asked them to call more students and parents to protest to the Ministry of Magic.

Before the prefects began to perform their respective responsibilities, the door of the prefect's carriage was opened again, and a man in his thirties who looked a little bit older walked in, which immediately aroused the vigilance of other prefects.

Being pointed at by a large group of people with magic wands, the middle-aged man's expression became a little stiff and he raised his hand to show that he had no ill intentions.

"I am your new Defense Against the Dark Arts professor. You can call me Professor Luping." Professor Luping introduced himself, "I need to find the driver now."

!”

With that said, the two of them left together.

"Is that guy really our Defense Against the Dark Arts professor?"

Everyone stared at Professor Luping's leaving figure, expressing doubts about this.

"Do you think he could be Sirius Black in disguise?" A famous prefect whispered: "It is said that a potion can turn a person into the appearance of another person, which may be hidden from the dementors."

Can the compound potion be hidden from the dementors?

Albert actually didn't know. He thought the possibility was low. After all, the dementors were a group of blind people who could not distinguish by sight.

The frost on the window glass had disappeared silently, and the rain outside the window was even heavier. The train suddenly shook and moved forward slowly in the rain.

Percy came back soon and told everyone that the Dementors' search of the Hogwarts Express was just a routine matter, but no one had any good impressions of those evil guys. The students on the entire train were frightened.

It was a bad experience for them.

After Isobel rested, her condition improved greatly and she was talking to Katrina.

Albert temporarily returned to the original carriage and was about to go back and change into his robe. The train was already approaching Hogsmeade Station.

In the carriage, Fred and George were telling him what had just happened.

"You three used the Patronus to drive away the dementors?"

"No, after the lights went out, we summoned the patron saint as soon as possible. Although we failed to summon the physical patron saint, it was undoubtedly successful. The dementor did not enter the carriage to check and left quickly.

"

"Your patron saint is more fragile than a piece of paper in front of the dementors." Albert looked at the trio of death seekers quite speechlessly and solemnly reminded, "Only a physical patron saint can drive them away.

Dementors.”

"Okay, before we master the Patronus Charm, we will stay away from the Dementors." George knew that Albert was right. Their Patronus was too weak to deal with the Dementors.

"Did you use it? Someone just said that a griffon drove away the dementors."

"Yeah, I confused that Dementor's face."

When Albert talked about what happened in the prefect's carriage not long ago, Fred and George were very excited, especially when they heard Albert say that Percy ran into a dementor as soon as he opened the door, and their faces turned pale with fright.

When I was there, I wished I was there and could witness Percy's ugly behavior with my own eyes.

"However, there are really very few students who know how to use the Patronus Charm." Li Jordan felt more and more that there was a reason why he couldn't learn the Patronus Charm.

"Don't make excuses for yourself. You won't learn because you didn't work hard enough." Albert couldn't help but rolled his eyes when he heard Lee Jordan's words.

"By the way, that little idiot from the Malfoy family ran into our carriage. He was so scared by the dementors that he peed on his butt." Fred and George changed the topic and talked about some interesting things that happened here.

"Your elation potion works very well. We feel much better after drinking it."

"Just now someone seemed to say that Harry Potter was frightened and fainted by dementors."

"Don't you pay attention to your sister?" Albert reminded: "After what happened a while ago, I dare say that the dementors must have had a great influence on Ginny."

With that said, Albert was about to go back to the prefect's carriage, but he was still a little worried about Isobel.

"You said Ginny was affected too."

Hearing Albert's words, Fred and George both stood up, stretched out their hands to hold Albert's hand and asked, "Do you have any more joy potions over there?"

"No, they were all used up just now." Albert reminded: "If you still have candies made with joy agents, give her some, and there are also chocolates."

After Albert left, Fred and George also left, and they were also a little worried about Ginny's situation.
