When changing postures, you should visualize the divine will of the Sixteen Arhats in your mind, reaching a state of external movement and internal stillness, great relaxation and great tension. This is the time when you can best increase your skill.

Practicing Arhat Gong will strengthen your body. After you achieve great success, you will be strong and strong despite the cold and heat.

After obtaining the exercises from the light-awareness place, Lu Zhengkang had one more task in his day.

Since it was inconvenient for him to practice martial arts with antlers on his head, he changed his appearance into an ordinary little monk. The antlers were blurred, the black hair on his head fell off, and he burned in mid-air and turned into flames that disappeared.

He is now considered to have a leak-free body, and all body parts will return to the upper limit after being separated.

Even the sweat after practicing the exercises turned into little bits of starlight and was annihilated.

This incarnation is always clean and fresh, free from dust.
