Chapter 31 The Lost Key

sothoros village,

As the only wizard village in the Romanian reserve, there are many villagers, but there are very few wizards who are familiar to everyone.

Newt Scamander only stays in the village for a period of time every year, but as a famous magizoologist, he also captured Grindelwald... almost everyone in the local indigenous wizards knows him.

Including his grandson who rides a broomstick around all year round.

therefore,

A little girl suddenly came to Scamander's house...the news soon spread throughout the village.

The little girl seemed to have settled down for a long time. She went to the village with Luo Fu several times to buy things, and even followed the boy to treat the pets of the wizard's family in the village.

The girl greeted everyone politely, and she followed whatever Rolf shouted. She was polite and considerate, and she looked extremely beautiful, but she was too thin.

A group of witches would talk about this gossip and discuss her relationship with Rolf when they had nothing to do.

Rolf claims to be his younger sister, but everyone doesn't think she looks like it. They are more willing to believe what Catherine said... the scumbag version of "Rolf was playing with people's feelings and got picked on".

Rolf was also speechless. If it weren't for the hybrid giant bodyguard beside Catherine, he would have gone to the Green Dragon Bar to cause trouble.

Shirley didn't pay much attention.

In other words, she just thought it was a friendly joke from the neighbors.

When going out to buy daily necessities, she would encounter an elder who deliberately asked why she was not with Luo Fu, and she would answer patiently... He was busy.

But even though she said she didn't care, Shirley's ears would still turn red every time she was asked this kind of question, but she would definitely not tell Rove about it.

Only when night falls,

Lying alone in bed, a girl will occasionally think about it.

Although he was said to be an assistant, Rolf actually didn't have much for Shirley to do. The most he could do was feed the small animals in the box.

But the girl who had just escaped from the dire straits of the monastery worked really hard. After all, Rolf gave her such a large salary and took her in.

It’s impossible not to work!

Shirley started cleaning the house when she had nothing to do, from the first floor to the fourth floor, and finally even rode a broomstick to the roof to pull out the lush weeds.

If Luo Fu hadn't stopped her, the girl would have even painted over the peeling walls.

Shirley also bought a book called "Practical Household Magic", which introduced a lot of practical magic about housework. She practiced magic every day and learned how to use descaling spells to clean the room.

As for not being able to use magic outside of school during the summer vacation...she is in the Romanian Fire Dragon Sanctuary, and the British Ministry of Magic can't control it that far!

After practicing for a long time, practice makes perfect. All the tableware and vases at home were cleaned by the girl's magic and became spotless.

When Luo Fu saw Shirley busy there every day, he couldn't help but want to buy her a maid outfit. Of course... he just thought about it.

Newt went out for a few days on business, and when he came back, he suddenly didn't recognize this home... The last time it was this clean was when Tina was here.

The old man also felt that Luo Fe was lucky enough to find such a little assistant.

But he was also angry... Why do you hang out next to those Sniffs and Fire Dragons every day? You finally came to Romania, why can't you take them out for a walk?

It doesn't matter if he has social anxiety alone, but he can't have everyone in the family suffer from social anxiety, right?

He was fascinated when he was in authority, but Newt, who was a bystander but had no connections, suddenly became excited... and immediately drove the two of them out of the house.

So, Rove had no choice but to take Shirley on a trip to Romania.

Under the guidance of the young man, the girl saw flying fish and pods of dolphins chasing each other for the first time, and also caught a sea monster with a horse head and a fish tail.

The girl caught the moonlight lizard for the first time. At dawn, she sat on the tree trunk with the boy and saw the morning glow slowly blooming in the eastern horizon, and the sea surface sparkling with golden light, which was spectacular.

The girl rode a broomstick for the first time, chasing a group of fire dragons. The roar of the fire dragons sounded, one after another, and the sound was passed from ear to ear.

When the summer vacation was coming to an end, Shirley had already followed Rove and visited Romania.

Along the way, the girl with the ponytail walked a long way, saw a lot of scenery, and met a lot of people and things.

Walking on a quiet mountain road, the high slopes on both sides are covered with vines.

Shirley asked in a soft voice: "What are we going to see this time?"

"Watch the dwarfs mining," said Rolf.

Shirley rolled her eyes at Luo Fu. She could now clearly tell whether the boy was joking or serious.

"Okay, I lied to you... I told you before that the dwarf dug up the fire dragon fossil in the mine." Luo Fu explained:

"My grandpa said that it was a fire dragon species that has been extinct for more than 10,000 years... It is much larger than the current fire dragons. I will take you to see it."

The two of them struggled to climb up the hillside. There were many tourists on the hillside, all of whom came here to see the ancient fire dragon fossils.

Shirley stood on the hillside. She raised her arms, stretched out her palms, and looked at the huge mine in the distance above her head. She was stunned.

A complete fire dragon bone fossil lies in the mine, more than a hundred meters long.

The two watched for a while, and when walking back, Shirley was shocked and said:

"I remember that the largest fire dragon species now is the Ukrainian Iron Belly."

"Yes, but they are generally only more than 20 meters long." Luo Fu exclaimed: "It's hard to imagine what a fire dragon of more than 100 meters looks like flying in the sky."

Luofu accidentally bumped into a tourist, who reached out and held down the young man's shoulder.

Luofu looked up and saw a kind-faced, white-haired old man with a slender figure, but his face was covered with wrinkles, like tree bark.

The old man smiled and said: "Be careful, kid."

"I'm sorry, are you okay?" Luofu apologized quickly.

"It's okay." The old man waved his hand.

Luo Fu breathed a sigh of relief. Fortunately, it was not a porcelain accident. He and Shirley continued walking down the hillside.

After Luofu walked away, the old man still looked at the young man's back. Suddenly, a very small snake came out of his collar.

The snake opened its mouth wide and hissed: "Are you interested in that guy?"

"I smell a familiar smell." The old man hissed in Parseltongue: "I haven't smelled it for more than three hundred years. I miss it a bit."

"By the way, what are we doing here?" the snake asked.

"Look for a key, the key that this beast swallowed back then." The old man took a step forward and appeared next to the fire dragon fossil.

However, none of the wizards who looked at the fire dragon fossils could see the old man, it was as if he did not exist.

"It seems lost." The old man's eyes were calm. He slowly stretched out his hand. With just a casual movement of his hand, the fire dragon fossil disappeared.

The old man's figure disappeared again in an instant.
