Chapter 50 Newts Lightning Rod

Like Queenie, Tina has aged, her hair has turned almost all white, and her face is full of wrinkles.

But her eyes were still so bright, just like...the eyes of a salamander, shining like gems.

Tina stared and moved her gaze from Margaery to Rolf. She, who had a kind smile on her face just now, now had a serious face.

She hadn't seen Luo Fu for almost two years, and he hadn't come back from several vacations. The accusations that she had planned in her mind suddenly came to her lips and she couldn't say them out. Only tears could not help but fall from the corners of her eyes.

"Don't cry, grandma." Rolf comforted, gently hugging the old man and gently hugging Tina.

Tina wiped away her tears, looked at Rolf carefully, and ran her dry fingers across the boy's cheek with an extremely gentle movement.

"Why haven't you come back to see me?" Tina said with tears in her eyes.

"Grandma, I actually wanted to come back last Christmas, but my grandfather stayed in Albania and refused to come back, so I had to stay with him."

When Rolf saw that Newt was not in the room, he quickly said:

"Last summer vacation was the same. He took me to Nico's funeral in Romania's Fire Dragon Sanctuary... Oh!"

Tina wiped her tears and said with an angry smile: "Your grandfather said the same thing, but he said it was you who refused to come back and he was staying with you!"

"..."

"Grandma, let's go in quickly." Margaery came to the rescue with a smile: "You have been standing all this time, your legs should be sore."

"Yeah." Tina held Rolf with her left hand and Margery with her right hand, and walked towards the living room.

The cat named Moller shook the fat on his butt and followed slowly.

The cat nives are a strange magical creature with various spots on its fur, very big ears, and a tail like a lion's tail... overall it looks like a cat.

As for the strange thing, cats and dogs have extremely high intelligence. They can detect suspicious and untrusted people, similar to the looking glass effect.

In the original time and space, the Crookshanks raised by Hermione discovered that there was something wrong with Peter Pettigrew, and this was also because it had some catnive blood.

Tina raised three pure-blood cats, besides Moller, there were two others named Hobby and Millie.

Rolf sat down on the sofa. As soon as he sat down, a fur ball-shaped thing jumped out from the gap in the sofa and got into Tina's arms.

That was Hobby. He loved to get into all kinds of corners. Once he got into the fireplace to keep warm and set his fur on fire.

Moller wanted to jump onto Rolf's lap again, but the boy ruthlessly refused.

It is really too fat now, and has grown from being a slightly fat pig to being a real big fat pig today.

Rolf is a standard appearance-controller, not a good-looking cat. He doesn't jerk off at all... He is so clean and self-sufficient that he has only jerked off to Professor McGonagall in the past few years!

Rolf raised his head and looked around. It was different with Tina at home. The room was extremely clean and tidy.

The floor is covered with amber and black intertwined, thick and soft carpets, which are very comfortable and feel like walking on grass.

There is a magic teapot in the corner of the room. There is no fire under the teapot. It is still boiling and emitting smoke, making the temperature in the room very suitable.

After not seeing each other for two years, Rolf told interesting stories about his time at Hogwarts.

The complaints and dissatisfaction that Tina had accumulated before disappeared without a trace when they met, and now she finally showed a smile.

Luo Fu breathed a sigh of relief.

"I heard from Newt that you hired a witch named Shirley as an assistant at school." Tina said with a half-smile, "Why didn't you mention this?"

"..."

Why didn't Rove realize before that Newt talked so much about being a late-stage autistic patient?

Recovered?

That is truly a medical miracle!!

"Where did grandpa go?" Luofu asked deliberately pretending to be dumbfounded.

"Install lightning rods on the roof." Tina pressed her forehead a little irritably and said:

"Recently, there is a naughty thunderbird that harasses our house every day. My radio was damaged by its thunder and lightning."

"Your grandfather refused to use magic to drive away the thunderbirds. He had to pretend to be a Muggle lightning rod, but it didn't work after he tried it several times."

Tina originally wanted to complain that magizoologists were all doing nothing, but when she thought that her grandson seemed to be engaged in this industry, she swallowed her words.

Newt is a jobber. The first time I met him, he made magical animals appear everywhere in New York...but not Rolf!

Much more reliable than Newt!

"I'm going to take a look." Rolf stood up and gave Margery a look, asking her to coax her grandma.

"Put on your clothes first, the thunderbird is still in the sky." Tina took a robe from the hanger.

That robe is made of special materials and has magic that can block thunder and lightning.

After Rolf changed his clothes, he ran upstairs. He soon reached the top of the building and saw Newt not far away, playing with an iron rod.

Not far away, there was a half-sized thunderbird, summoning lightning to hit Newt, trying to interfere with his work.

Luofu whistled, and soon the thunderbird he rode appeared. It approached the little thunderbird and roared.

The little thunderbird was frightened and immediately flew away.

"Rolf, are you back?" Newt turned around and saw the boy, waved and said:

"Don't scare it. Its mother died in childbirth when she was giving birth to her. I couldn't save her... she has always hated me."

"That's right." Luofu nodded and told the big thunderbird to stop pursuing it.

"What's going on with this Thunderbird?" Newt asked curiously.

Rove briefly explained what happened in the Indian tribe.

"I've been to that tribe." Newt's eyes were hidden in his thick bangs. He sighed softly: "Back then, Pete was only in his thirties. Fast forward more than forty years, and I didn't expect anything to happen to him."

"Have you ever seen the Quetzalcoatl egg?" Luofu raised his eyebrows.

"I've seen it before. I stayed in that tribe for a long time and studied that fossil, but I didn't find anything special."

"Can it hatch?" Rolf asked.

"The Quetzalcoatl has been extinct a long time ago, but the Indians say that Quetzalcoatl will resurrect from the egg." Newt narrowed his eyes and said:

"But whether it was the Mayans, the Incas or the Aztecs...the regimes established by these Indians have found many fossil eggs and tried to recall them several times, but they all failed!"

Rolf was thoughtful and saw that Newt was still installing the lightning rod. He glanced at it again and said strangely:

"Why do you only have an air-termination device and no grounding device?"

"Grounding device?" Newt asked in surprise, "What is that?"

"..."

"Isn't it enough to just put an iron rod on the roof?" The old man said strangely: "I think Muggles all install it like this."

Luo Fu couldn't help but hold his forehead, no wonder he failed every time.

Newt suddenly put his arm on the boy and whispered: "Rolf, don't tell Tina, don't tell your grandma."

"Grandpa, you know me." Luofu nodded and assured, "I will definitely not talk nonsense..."

The young man added something silently in his mind.

How strange!
