Chapter 51 Tina: I hate Dumbledore!

Newt was unwilling to hurt the little thunderbird and wanted to influence it with love. This was also his consistent style.

But the thunderbirds discharged every day, which affected normal life to a certain extent, especially Tina's life.

Of course Newt wanted to solve the problem, so he thought of installing lightning rods to conduct electricity.

As a wizard, he is obviously not very good at Muggle technology, even if the lightning rod does not have much technological content.

Fortunately, Luofu knew his stuff, so he started to help directly, but instead of installing lightning rods, he installed lightning protection nets.

The basic principle of a lightning protection net is a Faraday cage, which uses a steel mesh in a reinforced concrete structure to shield lightning... The range of protection is much wider than that of a lightning rod.

The disadvantage is that the installation is troublesome. Rove and Newt worked hard until the evening to get it all done.

Tina cooked a sumptuous dinner, including roasted honey cake with blackberries and nuts, marinated pork leg, breaded fried starfish, and a dish of onion cactus and eggs cooked with lots of pepper and chili.

It is said that this is a traditional Arizona flavor. After only taking a small bite, he was already sweating profusely from the spicy food and did not dare to eat more.

He doesn't want to see blood at night and turn into a violent man.

Tina seemed to be very interested in Rove's assistant. At the dinner table, she asked about Shirley many times.

The reason is very simple. Someone also had a capable and capable female assistant back then!

Speaking of which, Rolf once met Newt's assistant Bundy. Compared to Tina, she was indeed a very gentle elder.

Of course, it is impossible to say this in front of Tina, otherwise she will let Rolf understand what true "gentleness" means.

While Newt was going to the bathroom, Tina quietly said to Rolf and Margaery:

"Bundy was madly in love with your grandpa at that time, just like Sniff was obsessed with Galleons... But I wasn't worried at all and didn't regard Bundy as a competitor."

"Why?" Luofu asked with great interest.

"Although they have known each other for a long time," Tina said confidently, "But Bundy doesn't really know Newt."

"Grandma Tina, what do you like about Grandpa Newt?" Margaery asked curiously:

"I heard from my grandma that when he was young, Grandpa Newt was a very dull and autistic wizard. He was not as humorous as my grandpa."

"In this life, a gentle heart is often more valuable than pride, wisdom or courage." Tina gently smoothed her white hair and said with a smile on her face:

"I felt a kind of warmth in Newt...a kind of tenderness that I have never seen in other men."

"What are you talking about?" Newt poked his head from the bathroom and asked nervously, "And you deliberately lowered your voice?"

"Dear, we are talking about Dumbledore." Tina turned around and said.

"Oh, Albus is a good and honest man, Tina." Newt mused:

"Stop saying things like 'I was deceived by him' to affect Rolf and Margaery's impression of Albus."

Tina sighed slightly and muttered in a low voice: "I hate Dumbledore, he is more difficult to deal with than Bundy."

"..."

After dinner, Rolf and Newt entered their black boxes. They walked through the house and came to an open space where many magic cages were stacked.

The cage is filled with all kinds of dangerous magical creatures, all taken away from Skander's Mysterious Circus by Rolf.

They banged and slapped the cage wildly, and the iron cage shook and scraped on the ground, making a harsh sound.

Luofu picked up a bucket of meat slices, put his left hand into the blood-red meat, and threw it toward the cage. The screams and roars gradually became quieter.

But there were also two smaller hippogriffs, locked in a cage, fighting each other for a piece of meat, and feathers flew for a while.

Luofu quickly grabbed another handful and threw it to one of them.

"These magical creatures were okay at first, and then I tried to release some milder animals from the cage."

Luo Fu couldn't help but sigh:

"But within a few days, they started attacking like crazy and biting their own flesh."

Luofu originally wanted to enrich his "harem". Although he recently acquired "Dream Tapir", "Thunderbird" and other beloved concubines, who would dislike him for having so many treasures?

But I didn't expect that these magical creatures from the mysterious circus were all extremely crazy, just like rabid dogs.

This is very abnormal, just like that thunderbird, after it is tamed, it will be very obedient even if Rolf gets his hands on it.

This group of animals performing in the circus should be more docile.

"Sikander should have given them some special drugs, addictive drugs."

Newt glanced at those magical creatures, shook his head and said:

"If it breaks suddenly, they will be very painful. This is also Skander's way of preventing them from escaping."

"Leave it to me to handle it." Newt said solemnly: "If you want them to recover, you have to get rid of their addiction. It's not a job that happens overnight. It requires patience."

Rolf nodded lightly, things would be much easier with Newt's help.

"By the way, there's this." Rove took out a small bottle from his pocket. "Professor Dumbledore asked me to bring it to you."

Newt opened the bottle, and a small black oily substance came out. The substance kept spinning, releasing a turbulent magical wave.

That was the Obscurus...the life that Dumbledore had ripped out of Lockhart's body.

"Why did the principal ask me to bring Obscurus to you?" Luofu asked curiously.

"Albus, probably he wants me to cultivate this Obscurus and prevent it from dying so quickly." Newt thought for a while.

Luofu raised his eyebrows, a little surprised.

According to records, after the death of the host Obscurus, the Obscurus will also die.

Dumbledore was able to keep Obscurus alive for a while, which surprised Rove.

He didn't expect that Newt was stronger and could be raised outside the body for a long time... just like raising magical creatures.

He is truly the most outstanding magizoologist of all time!

Newt stared at the black mass in the air and sighed softly:

"I once met two Obscurials. One was a girl from Sudan. Her mother was killed and she became an Obscurial. I wanted to save her at the time, but she died in the end."

"Then it was Credence, who was Aberforth's son, and Aberforth wanted to save him...

I studied for a long time and after many failures, I found out how to raise an Obscurus without a host."

"Have you discovered anything?" Rove asked.

"After being separated from the host body, Obscurus needs to continuously absorb human emotions in order to survive for a long time." Newt explained.

"It sounds very similar to a dementor." Luo Fe said suspiciously.

"The two do have striking similarities." Newt narrowed his eyes and nodded:

"They are all non-existent dark creatures that live by sucking people's emotions.

The dementor's kiss will suck away the soul of the wizard and turn the wizard into a state of walking zombie.

The Obscurus will also destroy the host's soul, leaving only an empty body in the end."

After Newt was silent for a while, he finally said:

"Due to this extreme similarity, I even suspected that dementors were born from the body of some kind of humanoid creature and then separated from the body."

"Like the Obscurus?"

"Just like the Obscurus!" Newt nodded: "It's just that kind of creature is much more powerful than the wizard. Only the dementors can survive alone in the wild!"
