Chapter 38 Filch's Repayment

Amid Professor Snape's furious roar, Rove took Neville to the school hospital.

Madam Pomfrey was very unhappy. After checking Neville's injuries, she tactfully expressed her dissatisfaction with Professor Snape, believing that he had failed to fulfill his duties as a professor and caused the little wizard to be hurt in the first class.

It seemed that if she were the principal, she would have fired Snape long ago.

Neville was very moved by this, and then he signed the list of "Supporting Medical Care to Replace Potions Classes" that Madam Pomfrey took out.

Madam Pomfrey's greatest wish is to set up a medical care course at Hogwarts to teach young wizards how to save themselves, how to bandage and treat wounds.

For this great cause, she also has lists such as "Medical Care Replaces Defense Against the Dark Arts" and "Medical Care Replaces Protection of Magical Creatures"...

Whichever subject makes students hurt, that subject should be banned.

Madam Pomfrey turned to stare at Rolf again, as if he could leave the school hospital without signing, so the boy had no choice but to "voluntarily" pick up the quill and write his name in a flash.

Of course...it's not my own name.

Co-signing is too dangerous. If you are not careful, you will be retaliated against. Of course, Rove will not foolishly write his name on it.

After Madam Pomfrey left with satisfaction, Neville lay on a hospital bed covered with white linen sheets and said in a low voice:

"Rolf, am I useless? I can't even brew the simplest potion..."

"How could it be?" Rolf sat by the bed, looked at Neville who was depressed, and said, "You just lack practice, just go back and practice a few more times. In fact, most students, like you, have not succeeded.

"

"I'm stupid, really stupid. Just like Professor Snape said, I have no talent!" Neville lay back on the bed, looked at the ceiling, and said absentmindedly:

"My grandma also thinks that my father and I are far different when we were young..."

"Neville, it's not that you have no talent, it's that you lack confidence!" Rolf said seriously:

"Don't say your talent is not good until you have put in far more effort than ordinary people. Believe that you can do anything well."

"Of course, if you try hard and still can't do it, it doesn't matter." Rolf looked at Neville's childish face and said with a smile:

“Everyone has something they are good at or not good at, and there is nothing to be ashamed of.

You just need to tell the person you care about that you work hard, but you are really not good at it... and she will understand you."

"Ah, go say hello to Professor Snape and tell him that I have worked hard?" Neville closed his eyes and imagined the scene, then shuddered and said: "It's terrible!"

Rolf laughed and said: "Professor Snape is indeed scary. I mean tell your grandma... talk to her."

Neville raised his head and said confusedly: "Really?!"

"There's nothing wrong with giving it a try." Luof reached out and patted the young man on the shoulder.

Neville fell silent.

At this moment, the door curtain was opened again. It was Hermione, Shirley and Hannah, three girls who came to visit the patient after class.

Hannah, who had braids, wrinkled her little face hard and lowered the corners of her mouth, trying not to cry. If Neville hadn't blocked her in front of her, she would be looking miserable now.

Hermione looked at the boil on Neville's face, took a deep breath, and then, like Madam Pomfrey, scolded Professor Snape.

"I will write to Professor Dumbledore to complain about him." The little girl said angrily:

"I raised my hand to answer a question in class, but Professor Snape didn't let me answer. He only asked Harry to answer. How can a teacher be so... partial?"

"..."

"Didn't Madam Pomfrey ask for your signatures just now?" Rolf asked in a low voice, "You can just join her in filing a joint complaint."

"I refused." Hermione shook her head and said, "I still prefer potions classes to medical care."

Shirley said softly: "I didn't sign it either. Professor Snape will definitely hold a grudge if he signs it."

"I thought so too." Rolf nodded: "That's why I just wrote Malfoy's name."

"I wrote Bones's name!" Hannah grinned as she was peeling an apple for Neville.

"..."

"So, I was the only one who signed my name in the end?" Neville cried sadly.

Madam Pomfrey came back with the potion, and found that there were too many young wizards visiting the patient, so she kicked Rolf and the others out.

But Hannah didn't leave. As a thank you, she decided to stay and take care of Neville.

Neville had to spend the first weekend at Hogwarts in the school hospital, but with Hannah by his side, it couldn't be said to be too bad.

On Saturday morning, as agreed, Rolf carried his small black suitcase and went to Filch's office for a follow-up consultation with Mrs. Norris.

Filch's office is on the first floor of Hogwarts Castle, next to the foyer. The room is very small, dark and dirty, with no windows and only a solitary oil lamp hanging from the low ceiling.

There are many wooden filing cabinets lined up on the surrounding walls. Judging from the labels, the cabinets contain detailed information on every student Filch has punished.

Rove glanced at it and saw that the illegal information written on Fred and George took up an entire drawer.

This is only their result in two years!

There is a filing cabinet next to it, and the drawer is marked "Confiscated Items, Highly Dangerous."

These are all "treasures" that Filch has confiscated from students over the past few decades. This is where the twins stole the Marauder's Map.

There is also a three-piece set of hinges, handcuffs, and whips hanging on the wall behind the desk. It seems that Filch has a lot of fun when he is alone.

After giving Mrs. Loris the cat interferon, Rolf checked her body again, paying no attention to every detail from the inside to the outside.

Mrs. Norris let out a scream of "meow". She wanted to escape from Rolf's clutches, but it had no effect.

Filch looked at his cat with a worried look on his face. Mrs. Norris was held in Rolf's arms and stroked again and again, which made him feel like the cat in front of his husband.

Filch was heartbroken, but couldn't do anything.

"My body is recovering well, but I'm still very thin. I need another course of treatment and then I'll be almost fine," Luo Fe said after the examination.

Filch quickly took the ravaged and dying Mrs. Norris back into his arms and comforted her.

"Mr. Scamander, thank you very much."

Rove didn't ask for money, which moved Filch a little.

"You're welcome, doctors are parents, who makes me a professional veterinarian?" Luo Fe stood up, put the potion into the small black suitcase, and prepared to leave.

"Mr. Scamander, wait..." Filch breathed heavily. He seemed to have made up his mind and took out a pamphlet and an old map from the drawer.

"I saw that you were lost before. Here are the conditions of Hogwarts Castle that I have recorded over the years. You can take a look!"

Rolf hesitated for a moment, then he took the map and booklet and flipped through it, only to see that it contained a dense summary of the operation of the Hogwarts stairs.

There are also some secret passages and passwords. Of course, they are all secret passages within the castle, and none of them lead to the outside of the school!

"Thank you very much, Mr. Filch." Rolf really lacks this thing now. He is not familiar with the environment and it is difficult to carry out night tours.

"You're welcome... You didn't charge me any money to help me treat Mrs. Norris..." Filch stammered his thanks.

"If Mrs. Norris has any questions in the future, you can come to me and it will be free of charge for life," Luo Fe promised.

Filch nodded with satisfaction.

Luofu took the information and walked towards the greenhouse, then continued to read the map.

The best map is definitely the Marauder's Map, which not only shows the secret passages, but also the wizard's name and activity status.

But the Marauder's Map was in the hands of the twins, and it was impossible for Rove to ask for it. After all, the map was not his.

He currently does not have the ability to create a new Marauder's Map.

Although Filch's map does not mark the secret passage leading outside the castle, it is sufficient for a night tour.

Rowe put away the map and pamphlet and put them in his black suitcase. He walked across the grass and quickly came to the greenhouse.

He needed to find Professor Sprout, deliver her the promised potion, and take the seeds he wanted.

After entering Greenhouse No. 1, Luofu walked forward along the path. When passing by a forest, he suddenly stopped.

He saw an unexpected figure!
