Chapter 34 Interview with Rita Skeeter

The so-called transfer to Durmstrang was just a way for Rolf to tease the former Death Eater, but he didn't expect that Karkaroff didn't even consider it, so he refused.

This is a big deal to Luofu. How could he, a good student who abides by school rules and never causes trouble, be disliked?

Is there any natural reason?!

No wonder Durmstrang is ranked last among magic schools. It doesn’t know how to cherish high-quality students. It’s really impossible to hold up the wall!

Roff suddenly lost interest in continuing to communicate with Karkaroff and began to sit in his chair and shut himself up. At this time, the meeting also began.

Dumbledore, as the president, sat at the head of the table. His voice was unhurried and he said in a deep voice:

"Not long ago, an organization called the Saints launched a terrorist attack. They tried to sink the floating dragon ship, causing the death of representatives from various countries. Fortunately, they were blocked by Mr. Rolf Scamander, so there were no casualties..."

Everyone's eyes were focused on Luo Fu, and the young man nodded to everyone without changing his expression.

Not to mention anything else, just his calmness and lack of stage fright made many officials secretly admire him.

That young and handsome face stands out among a group of greasy or old adult witches, which makes many witches shine in their eyes and wonder in their hearts which lucky girl will be favored in the future.

Dumbledore quickly explained the whole matter briefly, and the more detailed investigation report was already in the hands of every wizard, and everyone quickly read through it.

"This floating dragon boat attack, with the presence of witnesses and material evidence, the crime is conclusive." Dumbledore raised his head, looked around the crowd, and said loudly:

"Next we need to discuss how to deal with the Saints organization."

"Of course we must destroy it!" French representative Bostan said angrily:

"This kind of terrorist organization must be suppressed at any time. If we don't suppress it, it won't work... Think about it, you took your pet civet cat and rode a floating dragon boat to attend the International Federation of Wizards Conference, and suddenly you were attacked by the saints!

Therefore, a day without terrorist organizations is a good day!"

Many people echoed the message. They were all victims of the floating dragon boat, and they shared the same hatred as never before.

But there were also many people who looked worried.

One of them, an old man with sparse white hair, wrinkles at the corners of his eyes, and sagging skin on his chin, said worriedly:

"The tattoo on the saint's chest is Grindelwald's symbol. Could they be related to Grindelwald?"

"Yes, I have seen that symbol in Durmstrang, and I heard it was painted by Grindelwald." Another burly wizard said.

He comes from Finland and is wrapped in a white bear skin. His thick beard is like a blanket, covering his face from his cheeks to his chest. It's hard to tell which is the beard and which is the chest hair.

When Grindelwald and the Wiccan Party were mentioned, everyone started discussing with great fear, and they were all worried that the Saint was the resurgence of the Wiccan Party.

"This matter has nothing to do with Grindelwald." Dumbledore said decisively: "I went to Nurmengard to ask him, and he knew nothing about it."

Hearing what the president said, many people breathed a sigh of relief. They really feared Grindelwald, even if he had been imprisoned in Nurmengard for half a century.

Since it had nothing to do with Grindelwald, everyone demanded severe punishment.

But who to send has become a serious problem.

The International Federation of Wizards is a powerful organization that manages all the Ministry of Magic. Naturally, it also has a wizarding force similar to Aurors, called... the International Rangers.

But the members of the International Rangers are all elite Aurors from the Ministry of Magic of various countries.

The world is too big and requires too many people. There are never enough people in the International Rangers.

Now that we want to annihilate an organization like the Saints, we have to recruit Aurors from the Ministry of Magic of various countries... No one wants to do it.

After all, it takes a lot of time and energy to cultivate an excellent official Auror. If your own country doesn't have enough, why would you give it to the International Federation of Wizards?

"We can't provide more manpower support. This matter is your European affair. Europeans managing Europeans, what does it have to do with us in Africa!"

Said a dark-skinned wizard with dreadlocks and a robe made of bird feathers.

"That's right, you European wizards launch wizard wars, and every time you use African wizards as cannon fodder." Another bald man sneered.

"Compared with the so-called saint organization, I am more concerned about the fire dragons, thunderbirds and other magical creatures that appeared at the scene of the eucalyptus discovery."

A Swedish witch screamed:

"Mr. Scamander is obviously suspected of raising fire dragons privately and other crimes."

Luo Fu was scolded, so he had to stand up and explain:

"Mrs. Greta, whenever Scamander is in urgent need, magical animals will fly over. I have a special connection with those powerful birds, not just raising them."

Greta looked unbelieving and sneered:

"Thunderbirds live in Arizona in the United States. In an emergency like that, can they cross the Pacific Ocean and fly over France so quickly?

You're as crooked as your grandpa Newt Scamander!"

"Greta, is now the time to discuss this?" Minister Claire said on behalf of Rove:

"Rolf saved the floating dragon boat and is a hero in the magical world... You can't treat him like a prisoner. Watch your words."

"I know how to care about my words," Greta retorted, "Just pay attention to yourself, I am not a wizard who likes to listen to others' lessons."

For a moment, the entire conference hall became noisy, everyone was fighting, and some people threw shoes out.

Luofu sat on the chair and sighed. The position of president of the International Federation of Wizards is really not something that just anyone can hold.

But this was none of the boy's business. After he answered his question, he began to act like a fool, and was openly distracted.

If it weren't for the noise in the hall, he would have taken out his summer homework and continued writing.

Unconsciously, the meeting lasted for nearly an hour. Dumbledore glanced at the clock on the table and saw that most of the topics on it had been discussed.

He said tiredly: "That's it for today's discussion. Thank you for your hard work."

But no one left. Instead, the quarrel became more intense, and some even wanted to take action.

Luo Fu, who had been bored throughout the meeting, felt his buttocks numb, and finally felt like he was being pardoned, so he hurried out and headed to the bathroom.

Luofu walked in and gently opened his pants. After a moment, the compartment behind him creaked open.

The young man thought it was another wizard going to the toilet, so he didn't pay attention. Unexpectedly, the other person came over, patted his shoulder gently, and said with a smile in a charming and soft voice:

"Mr. Scamander, my name is Rita Skeeter. Can I have a little interview with you here?"
