Chapter 134 Descendants of werewolves

The whole class excitedly followed Professor Moody, left the castle, and quickly headed towards the Forbidden Forest.

Walking at the back of the crowd, Shirley tilted her head imperceptibly, at a very slight angle, but Ralph knew she was asking Gabrielle what to do, so he asked:

"Gabriel, we are going to the Forbidden Forest for class. Do you want to drop by the carriage back to Beauxbatons?"

"Can I go to the Forbidden Forest with you, Rolf?" Gabrielle looked at him pitifully and begged, "I will be obedient and not cause any trouble to you."

Luofu did not refuse or agree directly, but asked calmly:

"There may be some bloody scenes in this class. Are you sure you want to go?"

With Luofu's current abilities, he can naturally ensure Gabrielle's safety in the Forbidden Forest, but the focus is on the content of the class... which may not be suitable for children.

"Sure!" Gabrielle nodded vigorously, "I followed my mother when I was a child and lived in a Veela tribe for a while. I have seen scenes of Veela hunting animals, so I won't be afraid..."

Luo Fu smiled softly and said, "You are still a child now."

The little girl pouted, feeling a little aggrieved and resentful, and said: "Rolf, I'm only six years younger than you. We are the same age. Don't always treat me like a child!"

Luo Fu couldn't laugh or cry, and even the cold-tempered Shirley was amused, with the corners of her mouth slightly raised.

The students quickly crossed the grass and came to the edge of the Forbidden Forest, and first saw Hagrid's charred cabin.

In the open space in front of the wooden house, there is a large group of Gryffindor and Slytherin students, who are taking Care of Magical Creatures class.

Their task today was to walk the snails with ropes to help them digest food.

But it was hard to say who was walking who. After all, those snails were more than one meter long. From time to time, they would make a frightening crackling sound and jump forward several meters.

Ron was dragged to the ground by the bomb-tailed snail, started braking on his forehead, and ate a mouthful of mud.

Ron finally stood up and found that his hair had been burnt brown by the flames ejected from the butt of the Blast-Ended Skrewt.

Ron cursed fiercely. He wanted to go to the greenhouse to steal some poisonous mushrooms and poison the snails to death.

Harry on the side did not speak, but stared blankly into the distance. Ron wondered: "What's wrong?"

"Professor Moody..." Harry said excitedly, "He seems to be taking Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw students to the Forbidden Forest."

Ron turned his head and looked with envy.

Not only the two of them were envious, but all the students in class were envious. Compared to playing with blow-tailed snails here, going to the Forbidden Forest was indeed more exciting and attractive.

"Professor Moody, do you really need to go to the Forbidden Forest now?" Hagrid said worriedly: "The Forbidden Forest has been very dangerous recently."

Ever since he used sixty fire crabs to impregnate a manticore, that guy has always had a bad temper and no one can get close to him.

Moody glanced at the Blast-Ended Skrewt. He felt that this thing was more dangerous, but he still said in a rough voice:

"Don't worry, Hagrid, I will only take the students to the location I have scouted, and will not go too deep into the Forbidden Forest."

"Then you should be more careful. Also... the Forbidden Forest is very deep and full of trees. It's easy to get lost." Hagrid reminded:

"If you can't find the way, you can ask Rolf... He is as familiar with the Forbidden Forest as I am."

Hearing Hagrid's words, Moody narrowed his eyes and was a little surprised, but then he thought about the surname Scamander, and it was not surprising.

The young wizards looked at Luo Fu with shocked eyes. Students were not strictly prohibited from entering the Forbidden Forest. How could he be so familiar with the Forbidden Forest?

Rolf, who was greeting Hermione, couldn't help but twitch his lips. Hagrid didn't help others "self-destruct" like you.

After a chat, Moody said goodbye to Hagrid, and everyone set off again, following a winding path that gradually disappeared into the depths of the black forest, and plunged into the Forbidden Forest.

The smell of the woods immediately filled everyone's nostrils: the sharp aroma of fresh pine needles, the earthy fragrance of wet and rotten leaves, and the animal musk of Mo Lake.

The Forbidden Forest is like a beautiful woman covered in black veil. It is usually restricted by Dumbledore, and everyone can only watch it from a distance and not play with it.

Now that he could lift the veil and enter her secret area, the little wizard started to chirp with excitement.

Only Luo Fu and Shirley were very calm. They came here too many times. Who would feel excited when entering their own back garden?

Luo Fu even disliked the Forbidden Forest. It didn't have the same excitement and freshness as when he first entered.

In short, he was a little fed up, and it seemed it was time to develop new virgin forest land.

As they went deeper into the Forbidden Forest, the students felt as if they were in another world:

There are towering trees everywhere, and the trees are very close to each other, blocking the sun. The breeze blows, and the fallen leaves rustle.

There are also curtains of fungi hanging between the branches, huge flowers blooming in the mud pits, and crocodiles half floating and half submerged in the swamp, which look like black wood with eyes and teeth.

This place seems more dangerous than a greenhouse!

Deep in the Forbidden Forest, a long howl suddenly sounded, the pitch gradually getting higher, and the lamentation lasted for a long time, like a cold wind blowing through the forest.

Soon, wolves howled one after another.

The excitement suddenly disappeared, and the students only felt an unprecedented fear, overwhelming them.

Moody stopped next to a gnarled oak tree, turned around and asked:

"Why did you stop? The sound of the wind, the rustling of leaves, and the howling of wolves... which one scared you so much?"

"Professor Moody..." Hannah trembled: "Is that the cry of a werewolf? I heard my dad say that there are many werewolves living in the Forbidden Forest."

Hearing this, everyone became more and more frightened.

"This question needs to be answered by professionals." Moody suddenly looked at Rove and asked: "Scamander, Hagrid said you are familiar with the Forbidden Forest. Are there werewolves living here?"

"I haven't seen a real werewolf in the Forbidden Forest, but the descendants of werewolves do live here." Luo Fe said.

"Does it make any difference?" Justin asked.

"Of course there is a difference." Luo Fu explained under the gaze of everyone:

"Generally, children born to werewolves are normal wizards, just like us.

But if two werewolves mate in wolf form during the full moon, once pregnant, the werewolves will give birth to a litter of real wolf pups. These wolf pups cannot return to human form, but have intelligence equivalent to humans.

I heard from my grandfather that there is a group of highly intelligent wolves living in the Forbidden Forest of Hogwarts, and they are all descendants of werewolves."

A wise wolf is still a wolf...Rolf's words did not reduce the fear in everyone's hearts.

At this moment, Susan suddenly looked frightened, pointed in the distance, and let out a piercing scream.
