two hundred. go home

Black waves lap against the rocks at the bottom of the cliff, day and night.

The mist that permeates the deep sea has not dissipated.

The sea breeze blew over the top of the cliff, otherwise why would Annie be swaying gently?

"Look, it's a tree bud."

Anna stood under the Anne tree, and a group of yellowing buds squeezed out of the gray and dead branches on the lounge chair.

"Annie almost likes you more than I do." Anna gently touched the tree and murmured.

"You came back two days late...did something happen to you?" Remi asked from not far away. She felt that Anna seemed to be...different from before.

"Something did happen." Lu Li looked at the children who were playing around Ampei and Adangfuya. They were more eager to welcome the new residents than anyone else.

"She is Adangfuya, Tesla's wife, and she may live here for a long time." Lu Li introduced to Remy Jimmy. As for Anne, the siblings and children on the way, he told Adangfuya

Said.

This means it's time for the third cabin in Elm Forest to be built.

"Leave it to my sister and me." Jimmy, who had recovered a lot because of Anna's hunting, volunteered.

The brother and sister who built two wooden houses can almost be considered craftsmen.

Ampere is not interested in wooden houses. He prefers open areas and elm forests, and... children. He actually allows children to climb up on his body and play on his back.

Anna reminded it not to get close to the trees in the forest, let alone harm them, and walked into the refuge with a carriage of books and food.

After hiding the food in the cellar, Anna began to think about where to put half of the books in the carriage - the space in the refuge was obviously not enough.

There was not much space left in the refuge area after putting down the single bed, table and chairs, and the books Anna brought would take at least several bookshelves to fit in.

"Put it in the cave for now," Lu Li said.

But not for too long... fragile books cannot withstand the corrosion of moisture.

It may be time to expand the shelter.

Lu Li thought.

The original intention of the refuge was to allow Lu Li to survive the doomsday, but Anna and the residents of Elm Forest joined forces to form a guarantee called safety.

This is inconsistent with the original plan.

"We don't have that many deep sea rocks." Anna seemed to know what Lu Li was thinking.

"There is a place with a lot of them," Lu Li said. There they even luxuriously used deep sea stones as building stones, just like they did.

Ghost prison.

And it's right on the doorstep of Elm Forest, Belfast.

The only question is whether the ghosts in prison should be released in order to obtain the deep sea stone, although Belfast is bad enough.

"I'll look for the location of the prison later on during the hunt," Anna said,

Lu Li did not refuse, but he reminded Anna that she could observe, but not explore or get close.

He still remembered Tesla saying that the warden of the prison was an evil spirit. No matter what its relationship with humans was, it obviously would not have a good relationship with its own kind.

The sound of banging wooden boards was heard outside the cave. Anna lit the fireplace that had been cooling for several days, and Lu Li took the ashes outside to scatter.

Ampei lay at the entrance of the cave, and the children were like his children. After being tired from playing, they cuddled together in Ampei's bent arms and fell asleep.

Not far away, Jimmy's monster body built a new wooden house next to the brother and sister's cabin, while Remy was working on the bookshelf to store the books.

When Lu Li returned to the cave, he saw the flower pot that Remi had placed at the entrance of the cave. The buds had no longer grown, as if they were frozen in the moment Lu Li left the forest. The weak and drooping yellow buds indicated that it was about to die.

Lu Li picked up the flower pot and placed it on the desk together with the flower pots brought from King Allen City.

The flowerpot that made Lu Li and Anna recognize each other was brought back to the top of the cliff as it should be.

Maybe tomorrow morning, you can see the buds emerging from the soil and hanging with dew.

Soon Remy entered the cave with the simple bookshelf she had made. The bark was still stuck to it, but it was enough as a temporary bookshelf.

Anna put the books on the bookshelf one by one, and when they were full, she placed the remaining books on the desk in the refuge. No matter whether anyone would read them or not, a few books did make the refuge feel like a room.

Atmosphere.

Next was what Lu Li had always planned to do: visit his "neighbors", those elm trees.

The gift was very simple - it was Lu Li himself.

It may not sound pleasant, but now Lu Li is welcomed by the trees like fertilizer. Where he stops on his way, the elm trees filled with despair and sadness begin to slowly change their mood.

Lu Li and Anna walked around the top of the cliff. Although the elm trees were not as friendly and welcoming as the trees near the top of the cliff, if they took a walk every day, this day would not last long.

Near noon, Anna took her salvation and left the elm forest to go hunting. The construction of Adangfuya's wooden house was also nearing completion. The sporadic sound of knocking and sawing wood meant that Jimmy was making furniture.

An hour later, much later than usual, Anna returned with her prey: an ugly shark with hind limbs.

Jimmy ate a small portion, and the rest went to the children and new resident Amp.

Anna reminded Ampere not to eat the bones, she was going to pile them to the edge of the elm forest.

"The ghost prison was found."

Anna said to Lu Li who was sitting in front of the cave reading a book.

"It's on the beach?" Lu Li closed the book, took the gun holster and placed it on the armrest of the rocking chair.

"Or in the sea."

To the north of Belfast is an elm forest, and to the south is an oak forest.

However, the Oak Forest is closer to Belfast than here, and there are no tall cliffs separating it from the coast.

The ghost prison is over there. Outside Crescent Bay, on the edge of the oak forest, on an island in the sea less than three miles away from the beach.

It is considered a secluded sea area. After all, there are reefs everywhere. No ships are willing to enter the port from there, and it is not too close to the city.

Although the location has been met with skepticism - why not place it further away from Belfast?

People are worried that the ghost prison will get out of control and cause disaster. Ironically, Belfast was destroyed before the ghost prison riots.

Anna didn't get too close, but she still found something interesting around her: the beach near the ghost prison was covered with new footprints, a small patch of felled oak tree, and a newly built boat.

A certain group is interested in the ghost prison on the island above the sea and tries to get closer.

Mixed in it were weird footprints that were different from humans. Humans and weirdness moved together... The only thing Lu Li could think of was pagans.

"Infidels...why do they want to get involved in the prison?" Lu Li said with a frown.

There is clearly an undercurrent lurking in the ruins of Belfast.

"Pagans not only believe in evil gods, they may be believers in any powerful weirdness, or even certain legends." Sara's memory told Anna, and Anna told Lu Li.

"Perhaps their Lord needs to gain strength, or more followers."

What better to deal with than a bunch of trapped ghosts?
