101: Kidnap

Joel was not so comfortable. As the saying goes, being with a king is like being with a tiger. Now there was a tiger lying next to him, the kind that could break a person's shoulder with one slap.

He rubbed the tiger cub's belly while thinking about ways to escape.

After rubbing it for four or five minutes, the cub finally turned over and crawled up, staring at Joel with those strange, heterochromatic eyes that could see through Joel's magic spell.

These eyes sparkled in the dark night, and Joel felt like he had smoothed the tiger's intestines, and now it finally had its belly ready to eat.

The young tiger opened its mouth, grabbed the corner of Joel's robe, and pulled him deeper into the Forbidden Forest.

Not only was this tiger thick-skinned, strong, fast and agile, it was more than one level better than Joel. He had no choice but to submit obediently.

Half an hour later, Joel looked at the cave in front of him and sighed. He remembered the dense bones he saw after entering the cave last time, and thought that he would become one of the bones soon.

The road leading to the cave was slippery, and Joel looked down and found that the plants inside were stained with dark red blood.

After entering the cave, the moonlight disappeared and the vision gradually dimmed. Joel and the tiger cub saw the adult tiger father lying on the boulder.

It looked extremely miserable, with a large opening cut open in its abdomen and all its intestines and internal organs flowing out.

The tiger cub found his father lying dying on the boulder. He quickly released his mouth from holding Joel's robe, ran to his father and cradled him with his head.

Feeling the call of his child, the tiger woke up leisurely and roared, unable to hide its sadness.

It found Joel standing in the cave. The tiger jumped up from the ground and rushed towards Joel with all its strength.

Joel retreated to the corner. The tiger fell heavily in front of Joel due to exhaustion. The gravel on the ground rubbed against the wound. The pain caused the tiger to let out a scream. It turned over on the ground to avoid touching the wound.

Joel saw clearly the wound on the tiger's abdomen, which seemed to have been cut open by some kind of sharp blade. The wound was smooth and deep.

Slashing curse? This was Joel's first reaction when he saw the wound. Apart from that, there should be no creature in the Forbidden Forest that could cause such a wound.

Who did it?

Joel frowned tightly. The tiger was roaring and ordering something to his child. Joel could only smell the fishy smell in its mouth. It had now lost the ability to hunt prey and was urging the child to kill the humans who invaded their territory.

Kill.

The cub's eyes were wandering between his father and Joel, and it seemed difficult to make a choice.

The moment it moved its paws, Joel heard the footsteps coming from behind. It was neither urgent nor slow nor impatient, but every step seemed to be pressing on people's hearts.

The two tigers reacted very quickly and roared towards the entrance of the cave.

A man in black robes and a black hood walked in, holding a wand in his hand.

The moment he saw the man, Joel felt a sense of crisis in his heart. Standing in the corner, he did not dare to move.

"Finally found you..." the man's voice sounded.

Joel's heart stopped for a moment. He could identify the owner of this voice, and he had taken classes from this person at Hogwarts.

Quirinus Quirrell, or in other words, Quirrell under Voldemort's control.

His current tone is completely different from the trembling and stumbling in class, gloomy and cold...

Joel didn't dare to say a word, and his ankle began to hurt again. Before Quirrell noticed him, Joel quickly put a disguise spell on himself.

"Good tiger..." Quirrell laughed out loud after seeing the miserable appearance of the tiger. "I have to thank you for returning to your shelter after being injured, otherwise I would never have been able to find your child."

The tiger roared angrily. It recognized this man. When it was snatching a unicorn tonight, the man sneaked up from underneath it and almost cut its body in half.

From birth to now, it has never suffered such a serious injury. The man's knife-cutting spell is extremely weird. The energy contained in it is like a tarsal maggot, destroying and corroding every inch of muscle around its wound. Its powerful physical recovery ability is actually

It intensified the pain, and I could only watch the wound heal little by little and then be torn apart again.

It wants to step forward and bite this human to death, but it can't do it now.

Blood and energy are constantly being lost, and it is now difficult for it to even run.

Quirrell laughed wildly, "Come on, let me see your child."

Joel watched carefully. Quirrell waved the wand in his hand vigorously, and a rope fell from the sky, directly binding the cub. No matter how hard it tried, it could not break free.

After all, it could not defeat Quirrell controlled by Voldemort. Voldemort's experience in controlling magic and Quirrell's magical power as an adult wizard were enough to trap the underage tiger.

Quirrell looked back and forth at the cub's body, and then laughed in surprise, "It's true, it's true!"

The crazy sound bounced off the rock wall and formed an echo, which made Joel's ears numb.

The seriously injured tiger father on the other side saw that his child was trapped. The tiger had lost its strength, even its roar became low and weak, and the light in its heterochromatic pupils became dimmer.

Quirrell didn't want to endure the annoying roar of the tiger anymore, so he raised his wand and hit the tiger on the forehead with a slashing spell.

The bones in the forehead had to be a little harder after all. This slashing spell didn't directly split its head in half, but it was enough to take the tiger's life.

The light in the heterochromatic pupils disappeared completely, and the angry roar of the young tiger got farther and farther away from Joel, until everything returned to calm.

Joel waited there for a quarter of an hour, making sure that Quirrell would not turn back, and then walked out from the corner.

The cave was still damp, the fishy smell lingered, and the blood under the tiger's body was still flowing outwards. His eyes were wide open, and he died with no eyes open.

Joel was not that saintly, so naturally he would not go out of his way to rescue the tiger cub from Quirrell. Instead, he searched the cave.

Why did Quirrell capture the tiger cub? Joel speculated that this had something to do with its abnormal body. He still hasn't figured out why the tiger cub could see through the disguise of the Disguise Curse and why he didn't kill him?

The cave was not small, so Joel walked around it carefully to see if there was anything strange about it.

No new discoveries were made except for a large pile of animal remains and hair.

Joel had no choice but to give up. He put some of the remains and hair into his pockets and left the cave.

Before leaving, he did not forget to leave a mark in the cave - he left the sky blue silk scarf at the entrance of the cave, and then used the weeds and dead branches near the cave as a disguise.

After doing all this, Joel limped back to Hogwarts Castle with the blessing of the Disillusionment Curse.

It was already two o'clock in the morning when he returned to Ravenclaw Tower, and his roommates had already fallen asleep. Joel tiptoed back to his bed, opened his drawer, added a pupa of the Grimace Hawkmoth to the crystal bottle, and then put it

Sealed and sealed.

It was too late, and the dirty Joel didn't want to disturb his roommate's rest, so he simply lay on the bed with his clothes on and fell asleep.

He slept until noon the next day, when Joel slowly woke up. The three roommates had gone to no one's aware, and the bed was empty.

Getting up from the bed, Joel smelled the fishy smell on his robe that had not dissipated. He quickly ran to take a shower, changed out of his dirty clothes and opened the bathroom door. Joel heard laughter and laughter in the dormitory.

Dee and Alan were sitting on the bed eating chocolate frogs with smiles on their faces.

When they heard the noise, they both turned their heads at the same time.

Joel immediately closed the bathroom door. Did he not sleep well last night? Why did he hallucinate?
