Chapter One Hundred and Fortieth, The Sun Bowl - The Rising Sun

Soak the dried kombu in warm soup made from shrimp shells and heads and wait to be taken out.

Divide the cherry blossom shrimp into two parts, beat one part into shrimp paste, add the other part to the pan and lightly stir-fry with olive oil to seal in the moisture and set aside.

Peel and core an apple, cut half into thin slices, dip in flour and fry in a pan, sprinkle with cheese, wait until the cheese melts to form a crispy skin, and make crispy and delicious cheese crispy apple slices. Arrange the apple slices into flowers.

After the flowers are arranged in a shape to prevent them from being too sweet, a special sour tomato sauce is used as the dipping sauce and garnished in the middle of the flowers, and dessert is served.

Cut the other half of the apple into small pieces, blanch it in a pot, take it out quickly, and chill it in ice water.

Put sugar and water in a pot to simmer the syrup. When the syrup turns slightly yellow, turn off the heat and pour in the chilled apple chunks, stir well, place on a plate and place in the refrigerator.

After ten minutes, take it out and put it into a juicer, add pure milk, a small amount of royal jelly, and yogurt, beat until foamy, beat for another two or three minutes, put in a cup, three portions of apple milkshake, and serve.

At this time, the kombu has basically fully unfolded, and the flavor has been immersed in the warm soup. Filter, scoop out the clear soup, and put it into a wooden bowl to make the base. The first item of the four elements of the wooden bowl, the clear soup (the base of the wooden bowl dish), is completed.

Peel the old pumpkin, remove the flesh, put it on a plate, and steam until crispy.

Take flour, add eggs, knead until uniform, then add freshly steamed old pumpkin flesh, without adding water, knead until it forms a dough while it is hot, the steam will evaporate and become fragrant and sweet, set aside to rest.

Take the chicken breast, chop it into small pieces, put it on a plate, add a small amount of white pepper, salt, starch, egg white, mix well and marinate.

Take the cauliflower, remove the fat (you can eat it yourself, no waste.), leaving only the cauliflower, break it up and chop it into small pieces.

Take the cabbage, break it apart, and take only the cabbage heart and middle tender leaves (the big leaves are stir-fried and eaten by yourself). Spread the tender leaves flat, add the marinated chicken breast, coat with egg liquid, sprinkle with cauliflower, and roll it into a roll.

Roll it up, tie it with green onions, put it in the steamer, and steam it. One of the four elements of the wooden bowl dish, bowl wife (side dish), is completed.

After the old pumpkin dough has risen, use a rolling pin to roll it into a pancake. Divide the pancake into two pieces of the same size. Spread one piece out, coat it with cherry blossom shrimp paste, and cover it with another piece of pancake. Use a rolling pin to roll the edges of the two pancakes to seal them. Then, the whole pancake is sealed.

Gather the pumpkin, cherry blossom and shrimp pie around into a bowl shape with your hands, put it into a small bowl coated with clear oil to set, cover with an old vegetable leaf as a lid, put the small bowl and the small bowl into a pot of boiling water, turn on low heat, and separate the water.

Cook it slowly.

After reaching this point, Shi Ke turned around and walked towards the food table. After hesitating for a while, he picked up three types of beans: soybeans, peas, and broad beans and walked aside to peel them.

"What on earth are you trying to do? I don't understand at all." Akiyama Inuzaki walked to Shi Ke with a confused look on his face.

"It's a bowl. It's just a bowl in my mind. The four elements of spices, because the guests' bodies can't put a lot of them in, so I have to use vegetables to replace part of the spices."

"Well...we have matsutake mushrooms in our store." Akiyama Inuzaki said, scratching the back of his head.

"Hmm?! This is good! I'll save you the trouble." Shi Ke put down the mushrooms and bell peppers in his hands.

"The matsutake in our store is of the highest quality. The price they offer is a bit low. It's not that I'm unloving. You should also pay a little attention to the cost of the dishes when you do good deeds! We are opening a store now, not doing charity."

"When Matsutake heard that matsutake was going to be used, she smiled bitterly and spoke.

"Hmm...that's right." Shi Ke touched his chin, nodded, and returned to his cooking table with the beans and mushrooms he picked out earlier.

"You can't use matsutake, otherwise it will seriously exceed the cost. Then you have to use other ingredients to complete the dish." Shi Ke thought for a while, raised his eyebrows, and looked at the previously cooked shrimp shells and shrimp heads and the desserts. Use the remaining coconut meat and laugh, (?ω?).

Ten minutes later, Shi Ke was carrying three bowls of food, Inui Hinata was carrying the fried ayu that she had made, and Akiyama Inuzaki and Denon Usagi walked into the private room carrying a fish and sashimi platter and an improved crab bucket.

"I've kept you waiting for so long. Sorry, sorry." Miki Hinata bowed apologetically.

"It doesn't matter, you are still very busy, I understand." The boss expressed his understanding.

Shi Ke placed the bowls in front of the three of them one by one, "The bowls - the rising sun, please taste them."

"Oh! Is it a bowl?! I really thank you for your trouble! I'm causing trouble for you." The boss stood up and bowed to Miki Hinatako.

"No trouble, no trouble." Ganhyugako happily waved her little hands to shirk it.

"Chef, please don't shirk it. Although I'm not very good at cooking, I still know how complicated the food is. I'm really causing you trouble."

"Okay, okay. You'd better taste it first. It won't taste good if it's cold. The quality of this bowl is very high." Inuki Hinatako waved her hand and said.

"oh."

The family of three carefully opened the bowl, and three white mists rushed out from the bowl. Following it, there was a refreshing aroma, mixed with the smell of the ocean, which made people feel comfortable and peaceful.

Everyone present except Shi Ke danced Hawaiian hula, ~( ̄▽ ̄~)~( ̄▽ ̄~)(~ ̄▽ ̄)~(~ ̄▽ ̄)~~( ̄▽ ̄ ~)~( ̄▽ ̄~).

"..., the coconut meat is over-roasted~it has become Hawaiian style." Shi Ke scratched his chin in embarrassment.

"Huh..." Gan Hinata was the first to wake up and looked at Shi Ke, "This is the scent of coconut! You used roasted coconut oil!"

"Yeah. But, it's very little. A coconut squeezes out a little bit. However, with the shrimp shells, shrimp heads and crab claws that are roasted, cracked and ground into powder, it is enough to be used as a spice. The four elements of bowls, Aromatic condiments, ingredients that emphasize the fragrance, done." Shi Ke nodded calmly.

"It's a shame you figured it out!" Ganhyugako patted Shi Ke's shoulder cheerfully, "Hehehe, it seems that you have made great progress under my wise leadership since you got here!! What's your bowl type? "

"Yeah, yeah. You're right. As for the bowl, let's continue with it." Shi Ke nodded in agreement.

"Huh..." Others also woke up.

"It smells so good~" The kid swallowed and looked at the contents of the bowl.

The white mist dissipated in the wooden bowl, and a clear spring (clear soup) appeared in it. In the center was an orange sphere with a golden cover, and a jade-green cabbage roll running across the edge of the sphere. Two It is suspended in the clear spring, floating slightly, like a green island and the rising sun, stirring people's hearts.

"Well... we have the clear soup, we have the spices, the side dish should be the cabbage rolls, and the main dish should be the ball." Hinatako touched her chin and analyzed it.

"Yeah. That's right." Shi Ke nodded.

"All four major elements are gathered together, and the aroma is extremely outstanding. This is indeed an excellent bowl. Whether it is truly perfect in the end depends on the taste of the dish."

"Of course there is no problem." Shi Ke said confidently.

"Uncle~~" The kid waved to Shi Ke.

"Well..." Shi Ke had a vein on his forehead, gritted his teeth, and leaned over, (?_?), "What's the matter with you, kid? Brother, let me help you solve it. I'm only sixteen years old."

"Uh? Brother, this..." The kid was stunned for a moment and pointed to the cabbage roll in the bowl.

"Yeah. I know. You don't have to be afraid. You will definitely not get upset if you eat this. I'll help you solve it. Come on, little man. We promised your father." Shi Ke touched the kid's head and made a fist. He encouraged him, (??_??)?.

"Well... let me try it." The kid was still a little scared, so he put down his chopsticks and took a sip of the soup first, "This soup is delicious!!"

"Does it taste good? Then drink more and finish the whole dish." Shi Ke said cheerfully, and then asked Gan Hinata to come out of the private room, "Senior, come out for a moment."

"What's the matter?" Ganhyugako followed Shi Ke out.

"Can you get me some paper and pen? I want to write down a list of ingredients that the kid can eat for the guests inside. In this way, the picky eating problem of the kid will be cured in the future, right?"

"Yeah. That's a good idea. But how long do you have to write?"

"A little more than half an hour. They should be almost finished eating. If you ask them to eat slower, tell them that we have to prepare a gift for the little devil, and ask them to wait a moment or take a rest after eating."

"Hmm. Okay. I'll get some pen and paper. Do you still need an internship? You look like a chef." Hinatako said cheerfully.

"I have always been professional." Shi Ke said confidently.

"I got it. I'm leaving."

Less than a minute after Hinata left, she said, "Wow!! It's so delicious! The shrimp and potato custard in this ball is so delicious! Mom and Dad, you are so kind to me, I like you the most!!" Kid Eat The cheers of Wan Zhong came out.

"Eat more if you like it. If you eat well, your parents will be happy." The couple also cried with joy, turning around to wipe their tears secretly.

Shi Ke looked at the family through the crack in the door, raised his eyebrows, and smiled reassuringly, (?ω?), "Poor parents in the world. If their children don't eat well, we chefs can't help. That's all."

"Here are the pen and paper." Ganhyugako came back and took a small notebook directly.

"Well, the final touches to serving the guests." Shi Ke took the small notebook and pen, leaned against the wall and started writing.
