For example, regarding physical health, Laoshu was hospitalized in December and felt deeply about it.
After coming back from the hospital, I was busy losing weight. In less than two months, I had successfully reduced my weight from over 230 pounds to 198 pounds, and got rid of the extra 30 pounds-_-||
Blood sugar is also stable at around 4-5 before a meal and around 7-9 two hours after a meal, which is fully in line with the control standards.
But we have to continue to control it. I saw a video posted by a doctor on the Internet. Type 2 diabetes can be reversed after one to two years of stable blood sugar. I also hope that in one or two years, I can reach a healthy level without taking drugs.
In addition, I have been busy these days. I went back to my hometown last Saturday and weekend, and yesterday I went to my father-in-law’s house. I kept running on the highway and just dropped off my wife and children. I returned to my home to write and organize with peace of mind.

In the past few days, I have been seeing friends asking me about my new book backstage. Some of them also asked me if I had opened an account to write a new book. Which account is it?

I am very grateful to my friends for their concern, and I would like to share it with you here.
The new book originally planned for January has been postponed to February due to personal reasons. It has not been uploaded yet. It should be said that I have not written a satisfactory manuscript yet.
I discussed it with the editor, but couldn't find anything that moved me, so it was difficult to give birth. These days, I am alone in the den, and I can just calm down and think about it, instead of rushing to write it out.
Then when I upload it using my trumpet account, I won’t hide it from everyone.
As I said, this book will still be updated to at least 8,000 words, divided into two chapters, so I can save some manuscripts and have more time to work on a new book.

I voted for a total of 3501 chapters in January, and I need to return 35 chapters, plus 83 chapters, for a total of 118 chapters.
There were 360,000 words updated in January, excluding the basic update of 150,000 words. I paid back 60 chapters and still owe 58 chapters.
