Chapter 81 Mountaineering

Chapter 81 Mountaineering

I must recite this slogan silently in my heart several times every day to cheer myself up.

Open a new page in your life.

Looking back on my biggest achievement in 2013, I started my long-distance running training in August this year. From being out of breath for a few hundred meters, to the easy five kilometers of the Northern Marathon, and then to the 21 kilometers and half marathon in one go! From the hot summer to the freezing winter,

I have been running all the way, thank you for your guidance and encouragement, and thank you for your guidance and experience! My biggest goal next year is to run a full marathon, challenge myself, and experience a different life! Persistence, running through spring, summer, autumn and winter, and running through difficulties

Overcome obstacles and run through the best time in life! We will eventually reap a blooming life!

It’s the last day of 2013. I made the most correct decision this year, which was to run. When it comes to running, I have to thank one person, and that is Sister Lu. It was she who allowed me to play in the Parrot Team and thrive.

I successfully participated in this year's Shanghai Half Marathon and accidentally entered the top 100. In fact, I understand that all the experts have run the full marathon. In the coming 14 years, I will run hard, exercise scientifically, and carry my running career to the end!

I hope you don’t get seriously injured in your running career! (I understand that it’s impossible to run without getting hurt.

June 19, 2013 is an unforgettable day. It can be said that this day was my first long-distance running in 40 years. From this day on, my long-distance running journey began. When I run, I am happy and pure.

It is unrestrained. Perhaps this is the reason why the Creator allows the running gene to continue in humans: Let us retain a free heart, because when I run, I really feel that I am free. Running will change people.

Your temperament makes people look more far-sighted. During running, you will see different people, and you will understand that not everyone lives according to your way. In this way, people's mind will become more open-minded.

Broader; in this way, we will face our lives with a better attitude.

A few months ago I said that I fell in love with running. At that time, some seniors said that I should persist for at least one year or three years before talking about love. I think I can persist. What makes people crazy about running is not the form of running, but the content of running.

, entering the world of running, I feel that winter is no longer cold and summer is no longer hot. I have run through summer and autumn and am experiencing cold winter. When spring comes, I can proudly say: I love running!

Attached are photos of the first race I participated in on November 24, the 2013 Qian'an Half Marathon 17-kilometer crossing race. This race gave me confidence and gave me the strength to run. I exercise and I am healthy and I am happy.

Run, let’s work hard together.

For 2014 and longer-term goals, keep exercising and lay a solid foundation. Running is a long-term thing that requires persistence and patience. I will have the opportunity to participate in more half-marathons and feel the atmosphere of the competition.

I hope that I will regard running as an important thing in life, take it seriously, be a long-term runner, and run for the rest of my life. It would be best if I could DIY various functions of my body. Thank you for running, thank you for sharing, let me

I learned a lot here. I wish all seniors, brothers and sisters to be healthy and happy runners, keep running forever, non-stop, and achieve immediate success!

Every year that passes, people always miss it, and every year that comes, they are still full of expectations.

Reminiscing about the past, so many exciting years, hehe, let’s first talk about the pros and cons of running in 2013. First, we put safety first.

It includes both personal safety and running safety. Safety is the foundation of life and is the first step in everything. 1. No matter whether running or competing in 2013, there was no damage to joints or muscles. All indicators of the annual physical examination were qualified or excellent, and the cardiopulmonary function was good.

, indicating that there are no hidden diseases caused by running. Very good! Very good! Great!!! Haha.

Second, I ran 1,882 kilometers in one year. As a long-distance marathon runner, this amount is a bit pitiful. The number of attendances has not been counted. It is estimated that it will not exceed 180 days, which should be less than half. As a long-distance running enthusiast, the attendance is too low.

Reasons: 1. I am quite busy. I renovated two apartments this year, which inevitably took up a lot of time.

2. There is a lot of smog and haze. People in Shijiazhuang have to look at the sky at a 45-degree angle, otherwise they will burst into tears.

3. Sometimes I’m a bit lazy. There are still some days when the left brain says forget it, don’t run away today, and the right brain says the left brain is right.

4. There are too many races, which leads to a lot of rest after the race. In the week after a marathon or ultra-marathon, rest is usually the main thing.

3. There were 15 marathons, including 3 half-marathons and 12 full marathons, all of which were successfully completed.

The goal set for this year last year was to participate in as many competitions as possible on the basis of competition safety. This year, we have basically completed the planned plan. However, some results are a bit too trendy, such as East Malaysia 529, but there are also some that are beyond expectations.

Unexpected performance, such as 337 in the North Marathon, a personal best, which was an unexpected surprise. In addition, I also ran several marathons with the flag of the runner or running bar. It was amazing.

Four, three ultramarathons.

Mentougou drank a bottle of soy sauce without any pursuit; Yishan did not regret giving up after 60 kilometers. The main reason was that it was raining behind and it was too dark after 22 o'clock in the evening to find the road signs. In addition, the most important thing was that there was a hill and a half behind that looked very strange.

There were steep mountain peaks, so I gave up. I finished the 100 kilometers in Ishino in 28 and a half hours with great difficulty. I was so exhausted and exhausted that I will never forget it. I finished the race in last place, and I deserved it.

Five, mountaineering and cross-country.

There was a lot of mountaineering and cross-country climbing in the first half of this year, which is commendable. But compared with strong people, there is still a big difference. For example, the Northeast Big Fatty, our best marathon results are not too different. I am a little better, but my mountaineering level is too different.

Sixth, swimming and cycling strength training. They all involve a little bit, but they are all lackluster. They are better than nothing.

7. Work, rest and diet. Let’s count it as a bright spot. It has been developing in a good direction. Most of the time, the work and rest are very regular. Go to bed at 9-10 pm and get up at 5-5:30 am for a run.

Eat less and less, stay away from junk food gradually, and practice well.

2014 will be better, or I want to plan better, so I call it vision, and strive for it. Besides running, everything must be better. Family first. Be a good son, husband, and father. Safety is tied for first.

Strictly control risks, regardless of investment, business or running. The foundation is the foundation, the premise is the premise, and we must persist unwaveringly for another 50 years. We cannot be like a certain party that keeps talking and doing things behind its back. Sannong said every day, in fact, it is the most cheating.

Pay attention to health care. It’s a big project. Cultivate your body and nature, and cover all aspects of your daily life and diet. Let’s slowly get on track.

Arrange the key points reasonably and avoid procrastination. As life becomes more and more abundant, it must be arranged reasonably, scientifically and artistically. We must focus on the key points, the center and the key. We must also follow what Jiang Gong said: "Today's things should be completed today, not tomorrow."

Cry to the wall".

I sorted out my running experience and recorded it in writing. I ran for 250 days, with a minimum of 2,500 kilometers and a goal of 3,650 kilometers. It was my turn to run on the sixth day. It seems that it is not the most important thing in life.

10-15 marathons and 3-5 ultra-marathons. Aim to finish the half-marathon within 150 and the full marathon within 400, and finish the ultra-marathon. Stick to strength training and body shaping. Stick to mountaineering and cross-country. Stick to cycling and swimming.

.Complete at least one standard iron competition.

Stop it, don't add more, strive to complete the above, it doesn't matter if you can't complete it, anyway, as long as you have the power to do good, you will not be far from good or good.
