Extra preface

This chapter went slower than I thought...

This is the finale of the first edition, which is biased towards the end of the plot that unfolds after the third line of dragons in the book. This chapter is actually not very dragon-like, but it is very much about restarting life.

I said a long time ago that I had already imagined the ending, but it was actually not the first version and would be released as the second version.

The finale of the second version will be biased towards the "dragon-oriented finale", and that's right, don't worry.

It will be an extra chapter later.

how to say……

In fact, there are many problems with this book. The most important thing is that I don't have an outline. There is a big... well, gap between the early and late stages.

The development behind the third line of the dragon, in addition to the ending of various lines, mainly focuses on the entanglement of love and hatred between the Lord of Gaotian and his ministers, and the two brothers.

I didn't expect this in the early stage.

Of course, I am personally satisfied.

Overall, I still wrote a lot of satisfying parts in this volume. For example, I really liked the part designed for Caesar and Frost.

In the original book many years ago, the young Caesar drove Harley into the adults' dinner party and said in a condescending manner that he did not like the family rules and that he was born to trample on these rules.

And many years later, Frost's last words to him were, "Now, it's your turn to make rules for the family."

Frost is an unpleasant character, but I gave him a pretty good ending.

The final part was a bit delayed because I was confused and struggled.

Mainly speaking, there are too many characters and it is difficult to fully integrate them. The most fundamental thing is that there are too few people.

In my original plot line setting, many people would die from the moment they boarded Avalon.

In that section, Norns will die, Chu Tianjiao will die, and Beowulf will die.

In Fingel's episode, in addition to Fingel, everyone including Shutoku Mai will die, and Zero will also be seriously injured.

As for other characters, so many important people are dead, so if even half of Cassel dies, it will be a waste...

But unfortunately, I don’t know why I stopped the knife during the Avalon part, so it seemed difficult to continue the order after that.

In fact, this section should be very exciting. Let me talk about this plot first——

In the battle of Avalon, Norns originally died a heroic death, rather than the nonsense of "the voyage slipped away", although this change is not bad.

She blocked Odin and Frisis at the cost of igniting herself, opening up a passage to the outside world for Chu Zihang and the others. At the same time, she awakened Chu Tianjiao, and at the end of her life, she raised her eyebrows at Frisis and Loki.

He hit his middle finger and slammed the door shut, hindering their pursuit. In the process, Mars also died inside.

Chu Zihang and his party arrived outside Avalon, but safety did not arrive. They were greeted by a group of corpse guards.

They cannot resist the huge group of corpse guards at this moment, and even escaping seems to be as difficult as climbing to the sky.

At this time, Chu Tianjiao stood up.

He is Loki's puppet and still possesses part of Loki's power, but it is incomplete.

The exchange between him and Chu Zihang was very brief. It was just a hug. Then he forcibly knocked Chu Zihang unconscious and asked Xia Mi to take him out. Xia Mi shook his head and said that Chu Zihang would hate him for the rest of his life.

, Chu Tianjiao calmly forced them to leave on the condition of committing suicide.

Chu Tianjiao forcibly opened a passage for them. At the last moment, he fell into the deep sea and sank infinitely. After many years, he was finally embraced by death, but God seemed not to want this man who had just escaped from trouble to have a few words with his son.

The man in the sentence died like this, but an old guy arrived in time with his army, grabbed Chu Tianjiao who was sinking into the deep sea, and pulled him out arrogantly and unreasonably.

His name is Beowulf.

Many years ago, an old man named Beowulf watched young people go to the battlefield one after another. Many years later, he finally pulled the one named Chu Tianjiao back from the battlefield. This was Beowulf's redemption.

This is the Chu Tianjiao and Beowulf line.

In the chapter where Beowulf appears, I am actually foreshadowing his death, just as the mural at the end of Chapter 85 (Wiglaf) implies -

The old Beowulf fought a bloody battle with the red dragon. At the end of his life, he gave his helmet, armor and sword to the young warrior Wiglaf who fought alongside him.

Since then, Wiglaf has replaced Beowulf and become a new generation of heroes.

But Wiglaf is not Chu Zihang, but Chu Tianjiao.

I decided to set up this plot well, but unfortunately I couldn't write it out completely, which is a bit regretful.

Urobolos is pretty much what I imagined before. He is a more complex character and not a pure villain.

The staged summary ends here for now.

When all the extras are finished, I’ll write a final review.

Although the ending is very rushed, I still hope you will like the two versions of the finale I prepared.

The finale of the second edition will be interspersed with six extra chapters.

I will also summarize it later and publish other abandoned plots like the one above when the time comes.
