As for the reason for the discontinuation of updates, I originally didn’t want to say more (in the final analysis, I was just looking for an excuse), but recently I changed my mind and thought that I need to give an explanation to the book friends who are really following the updates:
First of all, it's objective - I changed jobs in reality, and the handover and entry procedures were complicated, and the regular time schedule was also destroyed.

Secondly, there are contradictions in the plot of the third volume of Demon King that cannot be perfected. The core heroine of this volume is Xiaolin. She is an anti-routine type of heroine. She shows her own existence through "no sense of existence".
After further dividing Xiaolin into Xiaolin and Xina, I need to achieve two basic conditions in this chapter:
1. Show their respective charms.
2. The attributes of Xiaolin’s own character cannot be destroyed.
Therefore, I overturned the original outline of the third volume, which also affected the update.
In the end, it’s a vicious cycle of discontinued updates, nothing new (big boo)…

In addition to these, we actually have to talk about Lao Lu himself (which can be skipped).
There were many reasons for writing the book Demon King, so I won’t go into details for now, but after officially starting the book, Lao Lu discovered that original Japanese light novels and romance novels were not easy to write.
After avoiding those routine writing, Lao Lu needs to slowly figure out every detail by himself. The most direct impact is the update speed.
The difficulty in updating speed is actually just the most trivial trouble in the creation of "Demon King".
For Lao Lu, writing the book Demon King was like taking out the positive and happy part of his heart and giving it to the characters in the novel, leaving them with a warm and laughable daily life.
But the positive part of my heart does not replenish itself, and it is difficult to replenish it. As a result, my heart becomes more and more negative and exhausted, just like the two originally balanced parties gradually lose control.
This pains me.
I found that I had fallen into a long-term pessimism, longed for destruction, and no longer expected good things, so I had no choice but to stop by changing jobs.
Of course, this state is not entirely due to writing.
But it has undoubtedly affected Lao Lu's subsequent updates. I will try to adjust it and restore normal updates as soon as possible.
(Of course, there is no problem in scolding me for discontinuing updates and making excuses.)
