Miguel and Jessica were surprised by Venom's sudden appearance. Although she was different from the Venom image they were familiar with, her strength and ferocity were obvious.
"Venom" Miguel growled "What are you doing here??"
Venom slowly turned around, her eyes flashing with evil light. "I'm looking for a host, a host who can let me exert my power."
Jessica took a step back warily. "You won't find monsters in us."
"Oh no," Venom taunted, "You are too weak for me. What I am looking for is something stronger and a better host."
Miguel clenched his fists. "You can't find it. We will protect this city and protect the innocent."
Venom laughed, low and creepy. "What can you do to protect this city? You are just a group of mortals and I am the servant of darkness."
"We may be mortal," Jessica retorted, "but we still have courage and determination. We will fight to the end."
Venom snorted disdainfully. "You can't stop me. I am an unstoppable force. Soon the entire city will be swallowed by my blackness."
Miguel and Jessica looked at each other and knew they had to take action. They rushed towards Venom and attacked with all their strength.
However, Venom easily dodged their attacks and her tentacles flexibly wrapped around them to hold them in place.
"It's futile," Venom muttered. "You can't defeat me. The darkness will swallow everything."
Just then a voice sounded behind them. "No Venom. Your reign of darkness is over."
Spider-Man appeared before them, his suit shining with the light of hope.!!
